President & Owner

Kevin Rael is the President and Owner of Envision Luxury Builders. With 22 years of experience in the commercial and residential industry, Kevin passionately launched and developed Envision Luxury Builders since 2019. He specializes in managing highly detailed, resort-level projects that encompass every outdoor amenity imaginable, from luxurious pools and landscapes to intricate hardscapes and structures.

Kevin's driving force is "The Envision Way," a commitment to doing what's right and cultivating a thriving company culture. He ensures his team understands the "hows and whys" and adheres to non-negotiables like superior customer service, company processes and efficiency. Kevin's ultimate goal is to collaborate with like-minded individuals, building an outstanding team founded on the 3 P's (People, Process, Product) to deliver unparalleled quality and customer satisfaction, embodying the motto: "Build Right, Build Once."



Kevin is a builder and collaborator at heart. He leads the design team to have a collaborative mentality and as liaisons. The Envision Team can respectfully work with Landscape Architecture Firms outside of our umbrella. He believes the most amazing projects are brought to life by bringing professionals together from multiple firms to make dreams reality. On his personal time, he spends every moment that he can with his daughter. He applies her involvement and learning where professionally feasible.

Tanya Fullington

Compliance Coordinator &
Human Resources

Tanya Fullington has been actively involved in many facets over the years of growth for Envision Luxury Builders and serves as the Compliance Coordinator and Human Resources. With over 15 years in the landscape design/build industry and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from New Mexico State University, Tanya brings a comprehensive understanding of efficient business practices.

Her exceptional efficiencies and strong organizational skills are always applied to the business to make operations run smoothly and effectively. In her free time, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and engaging in sports.

Ryan Trudell

Head of Design

Ryan Trudell is a Registered Landscape Architect in Arizona, boasting 31 years of professional experience within the industry. His project expertise spans from intimate-scale landscape garden designs to expansive master-planned residential communities. Ryan has successfully led landscape architecture firms and design/build companies, creating hundreds of stunning, award-winning projects across the Southwestern states.



A proud graduate of The University of Arizona and a licensed landscape architect since 2002, Ryan joined Envision Luxury Builders in August 2022. As Head of Design, he guides the organization towards becoming an industry leader in design excellence and innovation, ensuring every project achieves its full aesthetic and functional potential.

Kent Shafer

Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales, Kent Shafer brings 30 years of management experience to Envision Luxury Builders, including 15 years specific to the Design/Build Industry. He is a strong advocate for continuous training, equipping every team member with the knowledge and tools needed for success.



Kent believes that a solid understanding of amenity construction, identifying the "right thing to do," and awareness of various project-impacting factors are crucial for setting accurate expectations with each ELB client. Kent is a driving force of strong communication and expectations throughout the life of each project with this results in long lasting client relationships. A native of Florida, he uniquely enjoys the dry heat but misses the quick, easy trips to the beach.

Ryan Clickner

Director of Customer Care

Ryan Clickner joined the Envision team to implement a “Proactive and Warranty-Preventive Approach”, aligning with the company's vision of "doing it right the first time." With over 25 years of experience in building and maintaining pools, spas, landscapes, and major public infrastructure projects, Ryan is an accomplished construction and project management professional.

His extensive background includes managing large-scale pool service operations and collaborating on elaborate design-build pool/spa and landscaping projects across the Valley. Ryan oversees all aspects of landscape and pool construction, from concept to completion, including post-project warranty and product performance. He excels at managing crews, coordinating with designers and clients, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery, maintaining safety standards, procuring materials, managing equipment, and mentoring staff. In his leisure time, Ryan enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and camping with his family.

Todd Nakagawa

Design Professional

Todd Nakagawa is an award-winning Landscape Designer at Envision Luxury Builders, consistently delivering design-oriented results. An Arizona native and a graduate of Arizona State University, he brings over 25 years of professional experience in the landscape, pool, and construction industry.



Todd is an energetic professional with a proven track record of creating clean, functional designs coupled with outstanding customer service. He is a multi-year recipient of The Million Dollar Club ($1 Million in Sales), a Certified Master Builder (Shasta Pools), and is Smartscape Certified (UofA). Todd enjoys family time at home and at their cabin in Christopher Creek with his wife, Heather, and their two children, TJ and Graci, and is an avid supporter of local sports teams.

Keith Blades

Landscape Designer

Keith Blades is a Landscape Designer with Envision Luxury Builders, an Arizona native with a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. With over 11 years of experience in bringing homeowners' dream outdoor spaces to life, he takes pride in crafting creative solutions that enhance both the functionality and beauty of each client’s environment. 



Keith brings strong qualities such as being attentive and relationship-focused, diligently applying these traits for every client to ensure personalized service and professionalism. With over 30 years of experience from various customer-focused management and retail roles. He and his wife, Tracy, enjoy spending quality time with their three boys, whether at sporting events, concerts, traveling, or hosting gatherings at home.

Jennifer Stephens

Accounting and Purchasing Manager

Jennifer Stephens brings over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting and law firm administration, serving as a seasoned professional who drives value and efficiency as our dedicated Accounting and Purchasing Manager. Her deep understanding of vendor relationship building, financial operations, and process optimization, honed within fast-paced environments, ensures efficient and strategic procurement aligned with our company's goals.



Jennifer is committed to ensuring our team has everything they need to thrive, managing procurement with both precision and an unwavering dedication to our company's financial health. She consistently delivers value through her experience, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Kris Nakagawa

Permitting & Field Support

Kris Nakagawa teamed up with Envision Luxury Builders in 2021, bringing 14 years of administrative experience in the landscaping industry. Always willing to take on new challenges, Kris has served in a variety of service groups, from estimating to technical support, to permitting and field support.

Kris actively maintains robust vendor relations and communicates closely with Project Management to maintain budget adherence, streamline procurement, and optimize project scheduling. Kris is always helpful and productive in any facet of the company’s operations. In his leisure time, Kris enjoys spending time with family and friends while staying active with softball and various outdoor activities.

Jon Lucas

Operations Lead

Jon Lucas is an Operations Support specialist with over 23 years of experience in the landscape and construction industry. He possesses expertise in Project Management, Scheduling, Purchasing, Job Breakdowns, and Customer Service. His experience across more than 4,000 projects has allowed him to work on some of the most unique and challenging designs in Arizona.



With both commercial and residential experience, Jon effectively communicates with anyone in the industry on any topic, having collaborated with many of the Valley's home builders on custom and track-style housing, as well as out-of-state projects. Having lived in Arizona for over 30 years, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Emanuel Rocha-Hernandez

CAD Operator

Emanuel Rocha-Hernandez is a skilled CAD Operator with a strong foundation in both hand-drawn and CAD-based design, focusing on landscape architecture. He contributes to a wide range of projects, from residential gardens to large-scale commercial developments, bringing clients' visions to life with precision and creativity.



Emmanuel is passionate about the field of landscape architecture with aspirations of becoming a licensed professional. What sets him apart is his ability to translate complex ideas into practical, buildable plans while maintaining artistic integrity. Emmanuel is always seeking new challenges to further his professional growth.

Gem Panicker

CAD Operator

Gem Panicker is an accomplished CAD Operator at Envision Luxury Builders, bringing four years of dedicated experience in architectural design and drafting. With a Master of Architecture degree specializing in Environmental Design from Arizona State University, she merges technical precision with creative vision to deliver compelling visual representations that support project success.

Gem's expertise spans computer-aided drafting, hand-rendered illustrations, and sustainable design principles, making her an integral part of every design phase from concept to completion. Beyond her career, Gem dedicates herself to art and education, including classical Indian dance, painting, drawing, and cosplay. She also tutors and mentors students, constantly expanding her expertise through lifelong learning. Her blend of technical skill, artistic talent, and cultural engagement ensures that every project she undertakes is both innovative and human-centered.

Tami Welch

Customer Relations

Tami Welch offers clients the benefit of 30 years in customer service, including 15 years of specialized experience in the Pool and Landscape Industry. Her primary focus is on creating exceptional client interactions and ensuring complete satisfaction, making her a very personable and client-friendly professional.

Known for her proactive approach and sharp attention to detail, Tami is always ready to go above and beyond to meet client needs. Outside of work, she values a healthy work-life balance and enjoys spending time with her daughter, discovering new experiences at museums and parks.

Ken Rael

Superintendent &
Field Operations Lead

Ken Rael serves as a Superintendent and Field Operations Lead, bringing a deep passion for expertly managing and supervising jobsites and their crews. He excels at organizing job sites, warehouses, equipment, and tools, ensuring every project runs smoothly. Ken brings 100% initiative to every jobsite, consistently ensuring cleanliness, steady progress, and efficient production.

Ken values honesty and trust above all, living by the rule of delivering on every promise. Clients can always expect their jobs and products to be clean, organized, and come with a guarantee of satisfaction, reflecting his commitment to quality and integrity.

Abel Maldonado

Supervisor/Superintendent

Abel Maldonado is the Supervisor for our Field Crews, bringing 8 years of management experience and 15 years of hands-on experience in the landscape, hardscape, and pool industry. His exceptional ability to work collaboratively with others has been a crucial tool in effectively managing crews.

Abel is detail-oriented and excels at thinking outside the box, embodying the trust and integrity that Envision was built upon. His favorite aspect of the industry is watching the construction process unfold and appreciating all the hard work that culminates in a finished product. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer.
